Author’s Guideline

All submissions must be made electronically as PDF files. The submitted paper should be blind, which means that the authors affiliations or names or any other identifying information like self-citations or acknowledgement should not be disclosed or included in the initial submitted paper.

The submitted paper should have its content in final, publishable form before the submission deadline listed in the important dates. Paper submissions will be reviewed by at least two reviewers. This process will be conducted entirely online. Authors will be notified the review outcome by email. Papers accepted for the conference will be allocated up to 6 pages in the conference proceedings.

Prepare your manuscript for initial submission using the IEEE Manuscript Template of your choice.

  • You may wish to use the Microsoft Word 2003 A4 template or a Windows/Unix LaTeX template in conference A4 mode.

  • For example, for the Unix compatible LaTeX template, start with the conference template file bare_conf.tex in the IEEE Manuscript Template LaTeX Archive, it can be configured with the line\documentclass[conference, a4paper]{IEEEtran}. Please note, for this example the LaTeX Bibliography Filesmay also be required.

  • Your submitted paper can be up to 6 pageslong.

Once you are ready, submit your paper using the ProConf Conference Management System.

If you face any problem in submitting the paper using the above ProConf then please send it to the following e-mail address:
